For Health Insurance – DTI has two different options for employees to choose from. DTI’s Health & Dental Insurance is through Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.

DTI employees have the option to enroll into Premium Only Plan (POP). This facilitates significant cost savings as his/her medical & dental premiums will be deducted on a pre-tax basis
 

DTI payroll is through ADP which includes direct deposit and other benefits.
